	Just to emphasize, I've decided to increase the cost of Spellcasting Talent by 50%, in all cases (rounding a little for very high costs, maybe). 		+	I've derived from new Incompetence Point amounts of compensatory points, with the idea being that the player is free to take as many specific Incompetence as he wants, because it "pays" more to choose the more general versions instead of cherry-picking. I'm tempted to go in and add a specific row for the Black category, though, since it only contains 4 Realms whereas the other contains 6 or 7.
