I've improved this table structure again, by removing 2 of the 3 empty "spacing columns" and using the style="width" command to set the width of the remaining empty column to 4% of total width. This value can be changed as desired, to as low as 1% and possibly even lower, or to a higher value. Overall the change makes the table easier to understand since you don't have to count empty cells so much. I've also deletd all normal 2-section rows except one, since the presence of that one row demonstrates its structure and is easy to replicate.
