The Fire Magic Realm contains Spells that lets the user manipulate fire in various ways, including creating and extinguishing it, creating heat, and Spells to Summon and Dominate Fire Elementals.

Summoning a Fire Elemental should be done inside a Pentagram, for safety, and the Summoner will usually want to have a high Dominate Summoned stat.
