The "tax" for GLs in excess of Intelligence should be higher. Maybe starting at 6 CP, raising to 20, 60, 200... Characters should not have several GLs in excess of Intelligence.--Peter Knutsen (the Designer) 15:21, 4 April 2012 (UTC)
